Robert Mueller ... and his "investigation results"
The Result of Mueller’s Investigation: Nothing
Paul Craig Roberts
Robert Mueller discredited himself and his orchestrated Russiagate investigation today (Friday, February 16, 2018) with his charges that 13 Russians and 3 Russian companies plotted to use social media to influence the 2016 election. Their intent, Mueller says, was to “sow discord in the US political system.” https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-usa-trump-russia-indictment/u-s-charges-russians-with-2016-u-s-election-tampering-to-boost-trump-idUKKCN1G023G
What pathetic results to come from a 9 month investigation!
Note that the hyped Russian hacking of Hillary’s emails that we have heard about every day is no where to be found in Mueller’s charges. In its place there is “use of social media to sow discord.”

Rosenstein and Mueller Running for Cover Leaving Brennan Exposed
Paul Craig RobertsNow the Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein confirms what I told you in my previous post. Mueller found no evidence that Russia had any impact on the outcome of the 2016 election. http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/02/bitter-john-brennan-reacts-mueller-indictment-13-russians-election-meddling-plot/?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=idealmedia&utm_campaign=thegatewaypundit.com&utm_term=68735&utm_content=2191016
So what was Russiagate all about?
It was exactly, precisely what I told you it was about from the very begining. It was a conspiracy orchestrated by the military/security complex, CIA, FBI, Hillary Clinton, and the Democratic National Committed against Donald Trump.
Trump’s emphasis during his presidential campaign on normalizing relations with Russia, which the neocon Obama regime had turned into “America’s most dangerous enemy,” was a threat to the power and budgets of the military/security complex. Without a demonized enemy, what is the justification for a 1,000 billion annual budget and the laws passed in the 21st century that completely destroy the protections provided by the US Constitution?
From the Clinton/DNC standpoint, a Trump victory would halt the vast riches pouring into the Clinton/DNC pockets from “pay to play.” The Clinton Foundation and the Clintons themselves were on their way to both being billionaires with the DNC collecting the registration fees. This was a model for one party rule. And along comes Donald Trump.

CBS Contradicts Itself On Mueller’s Report
Paul Craig RobertsDespite reporting correctly Deputy AG Rosenstein’s statement that Mueller’s investigation found no evidence that Russian social media activity had an effect on the US election and no cooperation or collusion with the Trump campaign, CBS then falsely reports: “DOJ indicts Russians for meddling in election.”
Does CBS have an explanation for its side-by-side self-contradiction on its own website? https://www.cbsnews.com/news/russian-indictment-2016-elections-rod-rosenstein-announcement-today-2018-02-16/
Are the CBS presstitutes so stupid that they didn’t even notice their self-contradiction, or are the presstitutes so determined to carry on with the Russiagate fake news story that they shout over a print account with a TV Special Report?
Is it a question of total incompetence or total dishonesty? I see every indication on the part of the media to prevent the American public from understanding that from start to finish Russiagate was a hoax designed to discredit the President of the United States.
I see the same on the part of the FBI, the DOJ, and Trump’s own National Security Adviser. Here is Rosenstein’s announcement of Muller’s indictment of 13 Russians.
Note that after saying the Russians are indicted for interfering in the election, and spending 5 minutes on this, at the 5 minute 20 second mark Rosenstein says there is no evidence that the Russians had any affect on the election! So what we have is the Deputy Attorney General of the United States announcing an indictment for which he says there is no evidence!
“What’s going on here?” as the colonel asks in the movie, Legends of the Fall. The answer is that
Rosenstein, Mueller, Comey, Brennan, Hillary, the DNC, the entirety of the presstitute media, and so on have been involved in a conspiracy to disempower and remove the President of the United States. -
@Wolfgang - I think you are on to something.
I would speculate that Mueller can't possibly find anything other than enough to make Dem's feel a little better about wasting millions of tax-payer dollars. Even if Trump was somehow colluding with Russia, if Mueller admits the Russians were effective then boy oh boy is Hillary dead meat. No, Mueller wouldn't be allowed to do that. Watch the Dem's grow silent and find some new tactic once they realize this.

The "explanation for (CBS News') side-by-side self-contradiction" is that there is no "side-by-side contradiction." Instead, the problem is PC Roberts' careless - I'm thinking, partisan-influenced - reading/hearing of the Deputy Attorney General's announcement.

MR ROBERTS ASSERTS...
DAG Rosenstein reported that the Mueller investigation had found "no evidence that Russian social media activity had an effect the U.S. election," and that "there is no evidence that the Russians had any affect on the election!"DAG ROSENSTEIN ACTUALLY SAID...
"There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election."Careful readers will note that Rosenstein made NO claim and drew NO conclusions about the evidence of the effects of Russian social media activity on the election. He said ONLY that THE INDICTMENT makes no allegation that the activity detailed therein "altered the outcome."
Three points, all obvious to careful readers, but apparently not to Mr Roberts:
1. To say there is "no allegation in the indictment" of something is not to say that that "something" didn't happen. It's only to say the indictment doesn't say it happened.
2. The charged conduct could have had an "effect" on the election WITHOUT "altering (its) outcome."
3. Rosenstein made no suggestion that Friday's indictment summarized everything the Mueller investigation has uncovered about Russian involvement in the 2016 American election - whether via its social media activity - the focus of the indictment - its involvement with the theft of DNC emails, its offer of dirt on Clinton in the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting, et al.Next...

"There is no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant in this illegal activity."Careful readers will note that Rosenstein made NO mention of the Trump campaign, and drew NO conclusions about its possible "cooperation or collusion" with Russians. He said only that the indictment makes no allegation that any American - which, of course, would include Trump campaign people - was a knowing participant in the specific conduct alleged.
Two more points, again, obvious to careful readers, but apparently not to Mr Roberts:
1. Friday's indictment was not the last word from the Mueller investigation. Just because it didn't allege Trump-Russia collusion/cooperation, doesn't mean future indictments and/or reports from Mueller's team won't.
2. That the indictment makes no claim that any American was a knowing participant in the specific conduct it alleges DOES NOT MEAN no American was a knowing participant in some OTHER, still-to-be charged, form of illegal conduct.Next...

".... CBS then falsely reports: 'DOJ indicts Russians for meddling in election.'"This is not low-hanging fruit, given the analysis already provided; this is fruit that's lying on the ground.
"Meddling" in an election is about participation, not outcomes. The indictment says Russians acted to participate in America's electoral process. Regardless of whether ANYTHING happened as a result of that participation, it was STILL meddling.
. . . . .
As has often been the case when we've reviewed Mr. Roberts's work, his careless, sloppy handling of facts dooms the rest of his analysis.Trumpsters might be encouraged Roberts' article, but only they will be. The rest of us know there is NO evidence that the Mueller investigation is winding down. The LA Times' report on Sunday that Rick Gates is about to accept a plea deal is another important building block in the probe's efforts to understand what happened (Gates was high up in the campaign and stayed on into the transition period - so he may know a lot). His cooperation to testify against Paul Manafort will put pressure on Manafort to cooperate, to tell what he knows (which could be a lot!) The more people in the campaign who cooperate with Mueller, the closer and closer Mueller gets to the Trump inner circle.
Friday's indictment means Mueller believes he can prove in a court of law that Russians both intended and acted to meddle in the 2016 election. Still to be answered: Did anyone in the Trump campaign help them? Sorry, Trumpsters. THAT jury's still out.

I am surprised how media propaganda and brainwashing (plus perhaps other political influences?) have made it impossible for people to see "the elephant" (DNC, Clinton, Military/Industrial complex, Zionist Necons and their massive evil against the US Citizens) by simply railing them up to "turn a mouse into an elephant" (Trump) and do just about anything to overthrow the democratically elected US president by any and all means (well, assassination attempts have not happened as of yet) ...
And all the coup attempts are mainly because Trump in the election campaign voiced that he was normalize relationship with Russia ... a deadly sin in the eyes of the above mentioned "elephant", but something which the US public appreciated.
I suppose, the supporters of the "elephant" are in favor of the illusion of the USA making war (even including nuclear first strike) in order to become the world hegemon ...
