What Is Sin (Part-2): Behavioral, Biological, Choice, State of Being, Relational or A Combination?
In light of biblical truth on sin:
-- Romans 3:23 __"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
-- **Romans 5:12** __"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned."
-- **Rom. 14:23** __ "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin".
-- **1 John 3:4** __"Sin is the transgression of the law [lawlessness]".
What makes us sinners? Can we sin beyond what we are? In context, which, if any, the Apostle Paul are referring? Is there any hope for the sinner? Can we live differently from what we are? What power is there for a man to live by and how is he to conduct himself until Jesus comes again? Have we all done, all are or both?
In short, what constitutes sin? CM

“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 22:37–40)
As stated in pt. 1, hatred is the opposite of righteousness. So any preference of ourselves over others is sin. If we love our neighbor, we will draw no distinction between our well being and theirs. This includes enemies too.
