No. Translations can be fallible. Only the original can be fully authoritative.
However, we can be reasonably sure that we do have the authoritative Word of God in translations that follow sound principles in translation practice. So this means we can trust many of the translations that we have to be the authoritative Word of God.

If God controls all, then yes, he makes sure we have his word. My experience is that many translations provide the complete understanding where only one might be lacking because of the wide area of meaning each word might have.
