Slide 18 shows CDC definition and selectivity for verifiying voluntary data.
@Bill_Coley Please quote from the CDC document where it verifies the vaccination causes myocarditis. I see a correlation demonstrated (via VAERS reports, we must note), but I don't see confirmation or verification. Please quote from the document.

Limited follow-up is disconcerting for 23% of patients (767) symptomatically not recovering. CDC article "Reflections on the 1976 Swine Flu Vaccination Program" and National Institute of Health (NIH) article "Deaths following vaccination: What does the evidence show?" both mention verified adverse effects of Swine Flu vaccine (50 deaths) was followed by vaccination stoppage (45 million were vaccinated in 10 weeks).
Personal note is me not having God's Peace about COVID-19 "vaccination" so highly suspect shot reaction in my body having a heart attack issue quickly (effectively a suicide shot for me to choose COVID-19 "vaccination"). My belief is Holy God has a different death desired for me (hoping my death causes someone to repent from their sin & choose to ❤️ Love Holy God the most).
Humanly wonder how many people were shown COVID-19 Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) fact sheets for informed decision about COVID-19 shot, which would have included known risk for heart issues: myocarditis, pericarditis, or myopericarditis. Also wonder if TV commercials had been needed for COVID-19 shots, what known adverse risks would have been mentioned (like other recent modern "wonder" drugs). Curious about CDC definitions for "safe" and "effective" (am certain that we are using different dictionaries - at the moment, humanly not know real purpose of genetically modifying humans).

Fully Vaccinated delta is 1,750 and Additional Dose delta is 1,958 (both are significantly higher than 1,527) so published narrative of "unvaccinated cases were 4 times more likely to be hospitalized" is factually false. My calculation shows people with mRNA "vaccine" shot(s) experienced hospitalization 2.6 times more than unvaccinated from as of 20 Feb 2022 to as of 20 Mar 2022.
Table 2 data had 9,179 Unvaccinated Deaths as of 27 Feb 2022 and 9,372 as of 20 Mar 2022 for a delta of 193, which is 43.57 % of the 443 delta sum for the four vaccination categories. Puzzled by propaganda about being vaccinated being less likely to be hospitalized and to die.
In 2022, breakthrough COVID-19 health experiences show mRNA "vaccine" shot(s) increase sickness, hospitalization, and death. Say what you will or may, I never been vaccinated. No, I haven't caught covid or any of its variants. I was away to deal with other matters, not related to covid. How many in CD caught it?
It's sad to say everyone I know who caught covid or any of its variants took the vaccine and the booster, some twice. Could it be something in the vaccine?🤫
